verbal room-by-room review. 

Specific recommendations are provided so that at the completion of the Consultation you have a road map of how to ready your 

home for sale.

A  room by room tweak, place and adjust staging session.   When we are finished, the main areas in the home are ready for the photographer.

$500

A packaged service providing all of the elements for staging a vacant or occupied home  (or somewhere in-between!). 

Staging services are specified and 

quoted after a site visit, following a Consultation.
